Welcome to Mint Orlando Transportation. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Service Description

Mint Orlando provides private ground transportation services in the Central Florida area, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers to/from Orlando International Airport (MCO)
  • Cruise port transportation to/from Port Canaveral
  • Point-to-point transfers between hotels, theme parks, and other destinations
  • Hourly charter services

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Reservation Requirements

  • All bookings must be made by individuals 18 years or older
  • Accurate information must be provided (pickup/drop-off locations, flight/cruise details, passenger count)
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-day bookings are subject to availability

2.2 Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately at (407) 555-1234.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Rates

  • All rates are displayed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Rates are per vehicle, not per person
  • All taxes and fees are included in quoted prices
  • No surge pricing—our rates remain constant

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
  • Gratuity is not included but greatly appreciated (15-20% is customary)

3.3 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive wait time beyond the included 60 minutes (airport pickups) or 15 minutes (other locations)
  • Stops not included in the original booking
  • Tolls for routes requiring toll roads (when applicable)
  • Cleaning fees for excessive mess or damage

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

4.2 Flight Delays and Changes

We track your flight automatically. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time accordingly at no additional charge. Please notify us if your flight number changes.

4.3 Service Cancellation by Mint Orlando

In rare cases where we must cancel your service (weather emergencies, vehicle breakdown, etc.), you will receive a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.

5. Service Standards and Expectations

5.1 Our Commitments

  • Professional, courteous, and licensed drivers
  • Clean, well-maintained, and insured vehicles
  • On-time pickup and drop-off
  • Safe and comfortable transportation
  • Complimentary car seats and water

5.2 Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Be ready at the designated pickup location and time
  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Not exceed the vehicle's passenger capacity
  • Supervise children at all times
  • Follow all safety instructions
  • Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in vehicles

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for:

  • Intoxicated or disorderly passengers
  • Threatening or abusive behavior
  • Damage to vehicles
  • Violation of these Terms of Service

No refund will be provided if service is terminated due to passenger misconduct.

6. Luggage and Personal Belongings

  • Standard luggage allowance is based on vehicle capacity
  • Oversized items (sports equipment, wheelchairs) must be mentioned when booking
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Lost and found items will be held for 30 days

7. Child Safety Seats

We provide complimentary car seats at no additional charge:

  • Infant seats (rear-facing, birth to 22 lbs)
  • Convertible seats (forward-facing, 22-65 lbs)
  • Booster seats (40-100 lbs)

You must specify car seat requirements when booking. While we ensure seats meet safety standards, parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for proper installation and child safety.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance Coverage

All our vehicles carry commercial liability insurance as required by Florida law. We also maintain appropriate commercial auto insurance.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mint Orlando's liability is limited to the amount paid for the transportation service. We are not liable for:

  • Missed flights, cruises, or appointments due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Personal injury not caused by our negligence
  • Loss or damage to personal property

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related closures.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints

If you have any issues with our service, please contact us within 48 hours at support@mintorlando.com. We will work to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
